1General provisions

Making a payment or activating a trial key constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2License

The buyer acquires the right to use the Software, not ownership of it. One key — one computer.

Transferring the key to others, reselling it, or cracking, modifying or decompiling the Software is prohibited. In such cases the key may be blocked without notice.

3Plans and terms

Trial — 2 hours from first activation, 3 videos, watermarked. 1 month — 30 days from first activation. Lifetime — no expiry.

Prices may change; this does not affect licenses already purchased.

4Payment and key delivery

Payment is made via Telegram as agreed with @BexruzMasharipov. The key is issued personally once payment is confirmed.

5Responsibility for content

The Software does not provide music, video clips, lyrics or fonts. The buyer is solely responsible for holding the rights to all materials they use and for complying with YouTube rules.

The Seller is not liable for copyright claims, channel strikes or monetization restrictions.

6Results

Results shown on the website come from real channels but are not a guarantee for the buyer. Views and income depend on content, niche and consistency.

7Third-party services

YouTube, Google and AI services (e.g., OpenRouter, fal.ai) are used through the buyer's own accounts and keys, at the buyer's own expense, and are subject to their own terms.

8Technical requirements

The Software connects to the internet at least once a day to verify the license. On paid plans it can work offline for up to 3 days.

9Limitation of liability
